To be honest, this one could hardly be called a challenge. But someone had to do it. The brief was to incentivise and promote friendly rivalry between sales people at JB Hi Fi and reward them for their unreal performances in the past.

For these fortunate few fantastic sales guns the hard work really did pay off….in spades. The Spaceship planned and hosted a totally awesome overseas ‘money can’t buy’ adventure, and we loved every minute.

We treated JB Hi-Fi’s top sales people to a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Monaco, a memorable experience to end them all. Picture it: decadence in Paris, ringside seats to the red carpet arrivals at the Cannes Film Festival, sitting shoulder to shoulder with the glitterati to watch the GP from a multimillion dollar yacht, followed by the obligatory VIP After Parties in both Cannes and Monte Carlo.

Wow. Year-on-year sales increased by 250% for Microsoft and JB Hi-Fi, making this program the highest ranking of its kind for both companies. Happy client, happy Spaceship.
